There are moments in life when we all need someone alongside us to help navigate difficult feelings or challenging situations. I offer a warm, safe, and confidential space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we explore the emotions and experiences that may feel hard to talk about, at a pace that feels right for you. I believe deeply that you already hold the inner resources for meaningful change — my role is to help you access and strengthen them through our work together.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Person‑Centred Therapy, tailoring each session to your individual needs. This flexible approach allows us to work in a way that truly fits you and supports your growth.

I bring extensive experience of working with young people, shaped by over two decade in the voluntary, community, education, and arts sectors — environments centred on creativity, care, and collaboration. These experiences continue to inform my practice and my commitment to meeting clients with openness and respect.

I look forward to meeting you.
