"Ekata" derives from ancient Sanskrit, signifying 'oneness.'
My aim is to provide therapy and support that empowers individuals to feel complete and in harmony with themselves. As an integrative therapist, I embrace a holistic approach, tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs of each person.

I'm Sanjay Dasani at Ekata Therapy and, I'm fully qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I am an accredited member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and I adhere to their ethical code of practice and confidentiality.
