Getting started
Introduction call
I offer a 15-minute online or phone meeting to find out if we’d be a good match for each other. I do not charge for these intro sessions and they are an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you might have about working together. These sessions may not be applicable in certain situation, where you have been referred to me by another agency or service.
Therapy sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place weekly. You reserve a regular session day and time and it remains yours for as long as we work together. These sessions will take place online using a confidential and secure system for video calls.
Fees
My fee is £70 per 50-minute session. Sessions cancelled without 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full fee. Payment is required 48 hours before your session and can be made by bank transfer or direct debit.
Online sessions
I often work with clients online. It’s a very effective solution for anyone who cannot regularly get to my practice for sessions.
Some of my clients also mix both, depending on their schedule, with some weeks in person and some online.
